Plain terms for a confidential business. This notice covers people who contact us, our clients and the people connected to them, and visitors to this site.

Who we are
Fosbury FZCO ("Fosbury", "we") is a corporate services provider incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence no. 20427. Our office is at Building A2, Unit 1, DDP, Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.
We decide how and why your personal data is used, so we are responsible for it. Questions about this notice go to [email protected] or +971 56 477 8534.

What we collect
When you contact us: your name, email, company, what you are working on, the jurisdictions involved and anything you write in your message.
When you become a client: identity and address documents, details of shareholders, directors and ultimate beneficial owners, source of funds and source of wealth, and the corporate and financial records we need to do the work you ask for.
When you visit this site: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you view, kept in server logs. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we do it in aggregate, without identifying you.

Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and scope an engagement, because you asked us to.
To deliver the services in your engagement letter: formations, licence applications, structuring, accounting, tax filings, visas and administration.
To meet our legal duties, including customer due diligence and record keeping under UAE anti-money laundering law, and tax and corporate filings.
To run and protect our business, for example keeping records of advice given and securing our systems.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with
Only who the work requires: government authorities, registrars, free zone and licensing bodies, regulators, the Federal Tax Authority, banks you ask us to approach, and professional firms we work with in the jurisdictions your structure involves.
Service providers who host our email, documents and systems, under confidentiality obligations.
Anyone we are required to disclose to by law, such as a regulator or the Financial Intelligence Unit.

Transfers outside the UAE
Our work crosses borders: Singapore, Hong Kong, the European Union, the British Virgin Islands, Costa Rica and Panama. Where your file involves another jurisdiction, we share with the firms and authorities there only what the work needs, and we take steps to make sure it is protected.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to 24 months, then deleted.
Client files, including due diligence records: at least five years after the relationship ends, or longer where the law requires.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it or restrict how we use it, object to a use, or withdraw consent you gave. Some requests may be limited where the law requires us to keep records.
Write to [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Security
Access to client files is limited to the people working on them. We use access controls and encryption with the systems we rely on, and we review both regularly.
